White Clam Chowder Recipe Ingredients:- 3 small cans Minced Clams with Juice
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Onion
- 2 cups diced Potatoes
- 1 pint Half and Half
- 1 cup Water
|  Time: 30 min Serves: 3 - 4
|
White Clam Chowder Recipe Instructions:Sauté onions in butter. Add potatoes and 1 cup water. Cook potatoes until fork tender. Add half and half and clams with juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat through for about 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
