White Clam Sauce Recipe Ingredients:- 2 - 7˝oz cans minced White Clams
- 4 Cloves Garlic - minced
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Virgin Olive Oil
- 3 tablespoon chopped Parsley
- grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 teaspoon Salt

White Clam Sauce Recipe Instructions:Drain clams, saving 3/4 cup of the clam juices. Set aside. In a cast iron skillet, slowly heat the olive oil and butter, add garlic and sauté until golden. Remove from heat. Stir in saved clam juice, add parsley, salt and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, add clams and simmer 3 minutes longer. Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese. Serve with French bread
This clam sauce will cover about 1/2 lb of spaghetti or pasta.
