 White Clam Sauce Recipe

White Clam Sauce Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 -  7˝oz cans minced White Clams
  • 4 Cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoon chopped Parsley
  • grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

4 - 5

White Clam Sauce Recipe Instructions:
  • Drain clams, saving 3/4 cup of the clam juices. Set aside.
     

  • In a cast iron skillet, slowly heat the olive oil and butter, add garlic and sauté until golden.
     

  • Remove from heat. Stir in saved clam juice, add parsley, salt and bring to a boil.
     

  • Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 minutes, add clams and simmer 3 minutes longer.
     

  • Pour sauce over cooked spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese. Serve with French bread

    This clam sauce will cover about 1/2 lb of spaghetti or pasta.
