 Crockpot Clam Chowder Recipe

Crockpot Clam Chowder Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Potatoes - peeled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
  • 1 Large Onion - chopped
  • 1 (8oz) can Chopped Clams - drained
  • 3 Large Celery Stalks - chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 cup Clam Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 quart Half-and-Half Cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley - chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter

Serves:
6 - 8

Crockpot Clam Chowder Recipe Instructions:
  • First sauté celery, onions, and garlic with butter in a skillet.
     

  • Place all ingredients into the Crockpot and pour in the sautéed mixture.
     

  • Stir the ingredients around and cook on low for 8 hours.
     

  • Serve in bowls with your choice of bread.
