Littleneck Clam Recipe Ingredients:- 2 cups Fine Soft Breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic - very finely
Chopped - 3 dozen Littleneck Clams, with half
the shell removed - 9 slice raw Bacon
- 1 Lemon - cut into wedges

Littleneck Clam Recipe Instructions:Heat oven to 350 degrees. combine together bread crumbs, paprika, olive oil and garlic. Place clams in a flat baking dish. Place some of the bread crumb mixture on each clam. Cut bacon slices into quarters and place a piece on each clam. Bake 25 minutes, or until bacon is crisp. Serve with lemon wedges.
