 Best Cream of Crab Soup Recipe

Best Cream of Crab Soup Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Crab Meat
  • 1/4 teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 1 Chicken Bouillon Cube
  • 1 cup Boiling Water
  • Black Pepper - to taste
  • 1/4 cup Onion - chopped
  • 1 quart Milk
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley Leaves chopped
  • 3 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour


Time: 30 min
Serves: 6

Best Cream of Crab Soup Recipe Instructions:

  • Dissolve boullion cube in water.
     

  • Sauté onion in butter until tender, blend in flour and seasonings.
     

  • Add milk and bouillion gradually then cook until thick, stirring constantly.
     

  • Add crabmeat and heat.
     

  • Garnish with parsley and serve.
