Crab Au Gratin Recipe Ingredients:- 2 lb Crab Meat
- 1 Large Onion - chopped
- 2 Ribs Celery - chopped
- 1/2 lb Margarine
- 4 tablespoons Flour
- 1 Large can Milk
- 1 Small can Milk
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 10oz Mild Cheddar Cheese

Crab Au Gratin Recipe Instructions:Sauté onions and celery in margarine until tender. Add flour and combine well. Add milk, blend and remove from heat. Add egg yolks, salt, pepper, crab meat and 8oz of cheddar cheese. Pour in casserole dish and top with remaining cheese. Bake (350 F) just long enough to melt cheese.
