Crab Cake Recipe Easy Ingredients:- 1 lb Jumbo Lump Crab Meat
- 4oz Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 cup Peppers Red and Gold - diced small
- 2 Scallions - chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Celery Seed
- Japanese Breadcrumbs
|  Time: 3 hours Serves: 2

Crab Cake Recipe Easy Instructions:Go through Crab and remove shells. Combine all other ingredients together and gently fold into Crab meat. Form mixture into 4 equal size balls. Roll in Japanese breadcrumbs and flatten Chill for 2 hours. Sauté over medium heat until golden brown and hot in the centre.
Sauce: Serve with lemon aioli, 4oz mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest of 1 lemon 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic pinch of salt and pepper and pinch of paprika mix well together.
