Crab Soup Recipe |
Crab Soup Recipe Ingredients:- 1/4 cup Margarine
- 1/4 cup Celery - chopped
- 1/4 cup Flour
- 8 drops Hot Pepper Sauce
- 5 cups Skim Milk
- 16oz Flaked Imitation Crab Meat
- 1/4 cup Scallions - sliced
- Salt - to taste
|  Time: 30 min Serves: 6 - 8

Crab Soup Recipe Instructions:Melt margarine in large saucepan. Add celery and cook for 3 minutes. Add flour and stir over low heat until frothy. Cook additional 3 minutes, stirring often. Add hot pepper sauce. Gradually stir in milk. Increase heat and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer. Allow to simmer and thicken for 10 minutes. Add crab meat and scallions. Add salt to your taste. Serve immediately.
