Crab Stuffed Salmon Recipe Ingredients:- 2 Shallots - minced
- 6oz Goat Cheese
- 4 tablespoons Lemon Dill and Capers Sauce
- 1 lb Crab Meat
- 4 Salmon Fillets
- Butter - melted
- Salt and Pepper - to taste

Crab Stuffed Salmon Recipe Instructions:In a mixing bowl, mix together shallots, cheese, Lemon Dill & Capers sauce and crab meat. Slice each salmon fillet down the center to butterfly the fillet. Spoon a generous amount of crab filling onto 1 side of folded out fillet. Fold other side of fillet to close. Place fillets in baking dish and brush a little melted butter on top of stuffed salmons. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to your taste. Place in a 375 degrees F oven for about 15-20 minutes.
