- 1 green onion - minced
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 4 Medium Potatoes - baked and peeled
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry Powdered Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Cooking Oil

| Potato Crab Cakes Recipe Instructions:Mix crabmeat, cheese, onions, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside. In a pan, bring butter and water to a boil. Remove from heat; add potatoes and flour and mix until it doesn't stick to the side of the pan. Add to the cheese and crabmeat mixture. Roll and press into 3 inch patties. Over medium heat, heat oil in pan and cook patties until golden brown, turning once or twice.
