Recipe for Crab Ragoon Dip Ingredients:
  • 455g Cooked Crabmeat
  • 448g Cream Cheese - softened
  • 30ml Soy Sauce
  • 2g Fresh Ginger Root - minced
  • 1 Clove Garlic - peeled, crushed
  • 0.2g Dried Parsley
  • 1 (14oz) package Wonton Wrappers
  • 2g Paprika
  • 196g Duck Sauce

Recipe for Crab Ragoon Dip Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
     

  • Lightly grease a large baking sheet.
     

  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, soy sauce, parsley, fresh ginger root, and crabmeat.
     

  • Cut wonton wrappers diagonally into triangles. Arrange triangles on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with paprika.
     

  • Bake wrappers in the oven until crisp and lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
     

  • Pour approximately 1/2 the duck sauce over cream cheese mixture.
     

  • Serve the rest with the toasted won ton wrapper triangles for dipping.
