Recipe for Crab Ragoon Dip Ingredients:- 455g Cooked Crabmeat
- 448g Cream Cheese - softened
- 30ml Soy Sauce
- 2g Fresh Ginger Root - minced
- 1 Clove Garlic - peeled, crushed
- 0.2g Dried Parsley
- 1 (14oz) package Wonton Wrappers
- 2g Paprika
- 196g Duck Sauce

Recipe for Crab Ragoon Dip Instructions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, garlic, soy sauce, parsley, fresh ginger root, and crabmeat. Cut wonton wrappers diagonally into triangles. Arrange triangles on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake wrappers in the oven until crisp and lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Pour approximately 1/2 the duck sauce over cream cheese mixture. Serve the rest with the toasted won ton wrapper triangles for dipping.
