 West Indies Crab Salad Recipe

West Indies Crab Salad Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 Medium Onion - chopped fine
  • 1 lb Fresh Lump Crabmeat
  • 4oz Vegetable Oil
  • 3oz Cider Vinegar
  • 4oz Ice Water
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste


Time: N/A
Serves: 4 - 6

West Indies Crab Salad Recipe Instructions:

  • Spread half of onion on bottom of large bowl.
     

  • Cover with separated crab lumps.
     

  • Add the remaining onion.
     

  • Salt and pepper to your taste
     

  • Pour oil, vinegar and ice water over all.
     

  • Cover and marinate 2-12 hours.
     

  • Toss lightly before serving.
