 Broiled Lobster Tail Recipe

Broiled Lobster Tail Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 Lobster Tails -  8oz each
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed Lime Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon White Pepper


Time: 30 min
Serves: 4

Broiled Lobster Tail Recipe Instructions:

  • In a small pan mix butter, olive oil, lime juice, dill and paprika.
     

  • Melt and stir well to combine all ingredients together.
     

  • Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon of butter mixture over each lobster tail. Keep the remaining butter mixture warm.
     

  • Add about a 1/2 inch of water in the bottom of the pan.
     

  • Place Lobster tails on a broiler pan meat side up, place the broiling pan so it is about 8 to 9 inches away from the broiler element.
     

  • Broil for about 8 to 10 minutes.
     

  • Remove lobster tails, place them on a plate and pour the remaining butter mixture over each tail.
     

  • Serve Immediately.
