 Lobster Burgers Recipe

Lobster Burgers Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Lobster Claw Meat
  • 1/2 Yellow Onion - diced
  • 2 Celery Stalks - diced
  • 1 Medium Red Bell Pepper - diced
  • 1/3 lb Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Chives - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Japanese Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 Egg
  • Tartar Sauce - to serve
  • 5 Burger Buns


Time: 1 hour
Serves: 5

Lobster Burgers Recipe Instructions:

  • Heat butter in a large skillet and sauté vegetable. Drain and puree. Place in mixing bowl and let cool.
     

  • Puree lobster in food processor. Add remaining ingredients.
     

  • Mix with pureed vegetables then place in refrigerator for 20 - 30 minutes.
     

  • Form into patties.
     

  • In large hot skillet add 2 tablespoons olive oil.
     

  • Cook patties on each side for 2 minutes then finish in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Let sit for 2 minutes.
     

  • Place in burger buns and serve with tartar.
