 Lobster Cream Sauce Recipe

Lobster Cream Sauce Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Flour
  • 240ml Milk
  • 120g Heavy Cream
  • 2 Egg Yolks - beaten
  • 3 tablespoons Dry Sherry


Time: 15 min
Serves: 4

Lobster Cream Sauce Recipe Instructions:

  • Melt butter in saucepan
     

  • Stir in flour, salt, and pepper to taste.
     

  • Add egg yolks stirring constantly.
     

  • Add milk and cream. Stir until thick and smooth.
     

  • Add sherry and serve with lobster
