 Lobster Newburg Recipe

Lobster Newburg Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 cups cool boiled Lobster Meat
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Dry Sherry
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne


Time: N/A
Serves: 2

Lobster Newburg Recipe Instructions:

  • Cut lobster in chunks.
     

  • Heat 1/4 cup butter in a large frying pan.
     

  • Add in lobster and sauté in butter for 1 minute, tossing lightly.
     

  • Pour sherry over lobster and let stand.
     

  • Put heavy cream in double boiler.
     

  • Add in paprika, cayenne and salt. Add in lobster mix to cream sauce.
     

  • Cook 10 to 15 min.
     

  • Let stand in refrigerator 24 hrs before serving.
