Lobster Ravioli Recipe |
Lobster Ravioli Recipe Ingredients:- 2 Cup Lobster Meat - cooked, minced
- 1/4 Cup Ricotta Cheese
- 1/3 Cup Pine Nuts - toasted, chopped
- 3oz Goat’s Milk Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Scallions - minced
- 1 teaspoon Parsley - minced
- 1 teaspoon Dill - minced
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Packet Ravioli Wrappers

Lobster Ravioli Recipe Instructions:Place all the ingredients in a bowl and combine well using hand. Place a tablespoon of filling on the center of the ravioli wrapper. Sprinkle water in another wrapper and place the side sprinkled with water over the filling. Seal the edges with water after removing as much air as possible. In a large saucepan boil some water. Carefully drop the ravioli wraps and allow it to boil for 9 - 12 minutes. Using a slotted spoon carefully remove the ravioli from the water. Serve it hot with a cream sauce of your choice.
