Lobster Recipe Shrimp Scampi Ingredients:- 24 Jumbo Shrimp - shell removed
- 8oz Scampi - shell removed
8 (5oz) Lobster Tails - shelled - 16 Oyster Mushrooms - sliced
- 16 Porcini Mushrooms - sliced
- 16 Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Garlic - chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Shallots - chopped
- 1/2 Fresh Tomato - seeded, diced
- 1oz Olive Oil
- 2oz dry White Wine
- 1/2 Fresh Lemon - juice only
- 4oz Whole Butter
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Flour - for dredging
- Rice or Pasta - for 4 people

Lobster Recipe Shrimp Scampi Instructions:Cut lobster in half top to bottom so you have the same shape as the shrimp. Heat olive oil in a medium size sauté pan. Dredge the shrimp, scampi, and lobster in the flour and sear in the hot oil. Add the shallots and garlic and sauté to release the flavors. Season with the salt and pepper to your taste. Add the mushrooms. Add the wine and the lemon juice; cook until reduced about half. Sauce will begin to thicken. Add the diced tomato and just heat lightly. Chop the butter into smaller pieces and blend in over low heat until completely incorporated. Serve over your rice or pasta.
