 Lobster Roll Recipe

Lobster Roll Recipe Ingredients:
  • 4 cups Lobster Meat
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Ribs Celery - small dice
  • 1 Bunch Green Onions - thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • juice from 1 Lemon
  • 1 tablespoon Flat Leaf Parsley - finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • Shredded Lettuce - for 4 people
  • 1 Large Baguette


Time: 45 min
Serves: 4

Lobster Roll Recipe Instructions:

  • Mix all ingredients except lobster in a mixing bowl.
     

  • Chop lobster meat an combine gently into dressing with a rubber spatula.
     

  • Split a baguette open lengthwise and cut into 4 to 6-inch sandwiches.
     

  • Butter the inside and toast under broiler until golden brown.
     

  • Fill with shredded lettuce and lobster salad.
