| Lobster Salad Recipe | Lobster Salad Recipe Ingredients:- 2 lb Lobster Meat - cooked, peeled, chopped
- 1 Large Onion - sliced
- 4 Large Celery Sticks - diced
- 1 (15oz) can Peas
- 1 (15oz) can Corn
- 1 Large Red Bell Pepper - diced
- 5 Hard Boiled Eggs - grated
- 5 Strips Fried Bacon - diced
- 1 Granny Smith Apple - peeled, diced
- 1/2 cup Jasmine Rice - cooked
- 1½ cups Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1½ tablespoons Sea Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper - to taste
- Parsley - to garnish

| Lobster Salad Recipe Instructions:In a large bowl, mix lobster meat, eggs, rice and bacon. Add in all the vegetables and apple. Mix in peas and corn. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Add to large bowl and mix well. Garnish with parsley.
