 Lobster Steamed Recipe

Lobster Steamed Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 Whole Live Lobster
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1/4 cup White Wine
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • Fresh Basil
  • Fresh Dill
  • 1 Lemon Wedge
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar


Time: 20 min
Serves: 2

Lobster Steamed Recipe Instructions:

  • Combine all the ingredients except for the lobster in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
     

  • Plunge the lobster head first, into the boiling liquid and cover with a lid.
     

  • Cook for 7-8 minutes or until lobster is red.
     

  • Serve with drawn butter.
