 Lobster Stew Recipe

Lobster Stew Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Light Cream
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cups Cooked Lobster Meat - cut up into small pieces


Time: 20 min
Serves: 4

Lobster Stew Recipe Instructions:

  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
     

  • Add flour stirring until smooth and bubbly. Gradually add cream.
     

  • Cook 8 - 10 minutes stirring constantly.
     

  • Remove from heat and add seasonings.
     

  • Add lobster meat and heat through and serve.

  • Remember to only add a little salt to fish dishes
  • If required, serve with your choice of sauce
