 Recipe for Lobster Sauce

Recipe for Lobster Sauce Ingredients:
  • 1 Lobster Tail
  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cream


Time: 25 min
Cups: 1

Recipe for Lobster Sauce Instructions:

  • Boil the lobster tail, save 1/2 cup of the leftover water.
     

  • Break the lobster meat into small pieces.
     

  • Combine all the ingredients together and bring them to a boil.
     

  • Remove the sauce from the heat and run it through a blender. Blend the ingredients well.
     

  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
     

  • Return the sauce to the pot and keep it warm before serving.
