| Recipe Lobster Newberg | Recipe Lobster Newberg Ingredients:- 2 cups Cooked Lobster Meat - cut into chunks
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1½ tablespoon Flour
- 1/4 cup White Wine
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 dash Paprika
- 2 Egg Yolks - slightly beaten
- 1½ cups Light Cream
|  Time: 20 min Serves: 4
| Recipe Lobster Newberg Instructions:In top of double boiler over very low heat, melt butter, Stir in flour. Add lobster, salt, paprika and white wine. In a small mixing bowl, combine beaten egg yolks and cream. Add to lobster mixture and blend well. Cook over very low heat, stirring frequently, until thickened. Serve.
