 Best Lobster and Rice Recipe

Best Lobster and Rice Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 Lobster - boiled
  • 1 Small Onion - peeled, chopped
  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 cups Rice - washed
  • 1 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt


Time: 30 min
Serves: 4

Best Lobster and Rice Recipe Instructions:

  • Remove lobster meat from shell and claws.
     

  • Cut lobster meat in cubes.
     

  • Place lobster, onion, rice, curry powder, butter, salt and water into a saucepan.
     

  • Place cover on sauce pan.
     

  • Let boil slowly for about 25 minutes.
