| Lobster Au Gratin Recipe | Lobster Au Gratin Recipe Ingredients:- 2 (1 lb) Lobsters - meat removed, chopped
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese - grated
- Rice - for 4 People

| Lobster Au Gratin Recipe Instructions:Melt 6 tablespoons butter in a sauté pan. Sauté lobster meat for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms, sauté 2 minutes. Add wine. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Mix flour, salt, and pepper with cream. Add to lobster mixture stirring until boiling point. Place in casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese, dot with remaining butter. Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
