 Lobster Au Gratin Recipe

Lobster Au Gratin Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 (1 lb) Lobsters - meat removed, chopped
  • 1/4 lb Butter
  • 1 cup sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup White Wine
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Gruyere Cheese - grated
  • Rice - for 4 People

Lobster Au Gratin Recipe Instructions:
  • Melt 6 tablespoons butter in a sauté pan.
     

  • Sauté lobster meat for 3 minutes.
     

  • Add mushrooms, sauté 2 minutes. Add wine. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
     

  • Mix flour, salt, and pepper with cream. Add to lobster mixture stirring until boiling point.
     

  • Place in casserole dish, sprinkle with cheese, dot with remaining butter.
     

  • Cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
     

  • Serve over rice.
