| Lobster Bake Recipe | Lobster Bake Recipe Ingredients:- 1 Lobster - about 2 lb
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 pinch Oregano
- 2 Lemons
- 2 tablespoons Dry Bread Crumbs
- Salt and Pepper - to taste

| Lobster Bake Recipe Instructions:Rinse and wash lobster, cut it in half lengthwise. Clean the lobster by removing the intestine. Place lobster shell side down on a baking pan. Mix together mustard, salt, parsley, pepper, and oregano. Add olive oil and butter. Cook for 5 minutes on low heat. Bush this mixture onto lobster flesh. Sprinkle dry bread crumbs over lobster. Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 200º or until tender. Serve warm, garnished with lemon slices.
