Best Way to Cook Mussels Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 kg PEI Mussels - scrubbed
  • 1/4 cup melted Butter
  • 8 Lemon Wedges


Time: 10 min
Serves: 2

Best Way to Cook Mussels Recipe Instructions:

  • Arrange grill about 10 - 12cm above hot coals.
     

  • Place mussels on the grill and cook until the shells open about 4 - 5 minutes.
     

  • Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
