Carrabbas Mussels Recipe Ingredients:- 2oz Olive Oil
- 1 lb Canadian mussels - cleaned
- 1/4 chopped Yellow Onion
- 6 Garlic Cloves - chopped
- 1oz Pernod Liquor
- 8 Basil Leaves - chopped
- 6oz Lemon Butter Sauce
- juice of 1 Lemon
|  Time: 20 min Serves: 4

Carrabbas Mussels Recipe Instructions:Heat oil in sauté pan. Add mussels, cover, cook until shells begin to open about 2 minutes. Add garlic and onions, toss ingredients to combine together. Cover pan, cook for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and reduce for 2 minutes uncovered. Place in bowl and serve.
