 Cooked Mussel Meat Recipe

Cooked Mussel Meat Recipe Ingredients:
  • 12 New Zealand Green Mussels
  • 6 Medium Tomatoes
  • 2 Green Onions
  • Salt - to taste
  • Tabasco Sauce - few drops
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar


Time: 18 min
Serves: 2 - 3

Cooked Mussel Meat Recipe Instructions:

  • Skin tomatoes and finely chop .
     

  • Chop green onions finely and mix with salt, sugar, Tabasco sauce,  and tomatoes.
     

  • Lay mussel meats or half shell mussels in a oiled baking dish. Spoon sauce over each mussel.
     

  • Bake at 400 degrees for 8 minutes, or until cooked and hot.

  • Remember to only add a little salt to fish dishes
