 How to Cook Frozen Mussels Recipe

How to Cook Frozen Mussels Recipe Ingredients:
  • 2 lb Frozen Whole Shell Mussels - thawed

    Garlic Butter:
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter - softened
  • 4 Large Cloves Garlic - finely minced
  • 4 tablespoons Fresh Parsley - chopped
  • Fresh Ground Pepper - to taste
  • Lemon Wedges - for garnish
  • Parsley - for garnish

How to Cook Frozen Mussels Recipe Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425degrees F.
     

  • Beat softened butter, parsley, garlic, and pepper well.
     

  • Remove and discard top shell of each mussel then place mussels on a baking sheet.
     

  • Apply garlic butter mixture to each mussel and bake for 7 minutes.
     

  • Serve garnished with lemon wedges and parsley.
