Italian Recipe for Mussels Ingredients:- 1.5kg Mussels
- 12 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Red Pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped Parsley
- 1˝ glasses Dry White Wine
- Salt - to taste
|  Time: 25 min Serves: 4 - 6

Italian Recipe for Mussels Instructions:Scrub the mussels, wash them thoroughly under running water. In a very large saucepan heat the oil, sauté the garlic and before it browns add the red pepper, salt, wine and mussels. Stir them well and let them cook till the shells open. Discard any mussels that have failed to opened. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish.
