Korean Mussels Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Mussels
- Sesame Oil
- 1 inch knob ginger - micro planed
- 3 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 10oz jar Spicy Kim Chi
- 1 cup Korean Soju
- Scallions - for garnish
|  Time: 20 min Serves: 2
|
Korean Mussels Recipe Instructions:Heat oil in a saucepan, add garlic and ginger, sauté 1 - 2 minutes. Add kim chi, sauté until heated. Pour in soju, heat to a boil. Add in mussels; cover and simmer until they open. Discard any mussels that do not open. Serve and garnished with scallions.
