Mussel Recipe Ingredients:- 3 lb PEI Mussels
- 540ml can Italian Stewed Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1/2 teaspoon Hot Red Pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup Parsley - chopped
|  Time: 25 min Serves: 2 - 4

Mussel Recipe Instructions:In a large saucepan, mix together all ingredients except mussels. Boil uncovered, stirring often until thick for about 5 minutes. Add mussels, cover and cook over medium heat, stirring once until mussels open about 8 - 10 minutes. Discard any mussels that do not open and serve.
