Mussels and Sausage in Cream Sauce Recipe Ingredients:- 2 dozen Mussels - scrubbed
- 2 (3˝oz) packages Chorizo Sausages - sliced
- 3 Garlic Cloves - minced
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1 cup Dry White Wine
- 1 Orange - halved
- 1/4 cup Parsley - chopped

Mussels and Sausage in Cream Sauce Recipe Instructions:Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chorizo sausage, sauté for about 3 minutes, until browned. Add garlic, bay leaves and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Add mussels and wine, squeeze orange juice into the pot, then add orange halves. Bring to a boil, cover and steam for 5 minutes or until mussels open. Discard any that mussels that do not open. Discard bay leaves. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish and serve.
