 Mussels in Sauce Recipe

Mussels in Sauce Recipe Ingredients:
  • 3 lb half shelled Mussels - cleaned, drained
  • 6 Cloves Garlic - minced
  • 1 Small Onion - minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger - minced
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Paste
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste


Time: 17 min
Serves: 4

Mussels in Sauce Recipe Instructions:

  •  Take a sauté pan and melt the butter. Add garlic until light brown.
     

  • Add onion, ginger, sweet chili sauce and chili paste.
     

  • Cook for 1 minute and season with salt and pepper to taste.
     

  • Add mussels, combine gently to make sure each mussels is covered with butter and garlic mixture.
     

  • Cover, cook for 5 minutes stirring occasionally to make sure the mussels cooked evenly.
     

  • Add parsley before turning off the heat and serve.
