Mussels in White Wine Sauce Recipe Ingredients:- 2 lb Mussels
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Shallots
- 2 Garlic Cloves - finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Dry White Wine
- 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
- Parsley - minced

Mussels in White Wine Sauce Recipe Instructions:Clean/Scrub mussels and discard any that are not tightly closed. In a Dutch oven heat olive oil over medium heat and cook shallots, garlic until tender. Mix in wine and paprika. Heat wine mixture to boiling then add mussels. Cover and boil until mussels open about 3 - 5 minutes. Remove mussels to bowl with slotted spoon; keep warm. Cook remaining liquid in pan over high heat until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes. Pour sauce over mussels and garnish with parsley.
