Mussels in Wine Recipe Ingredients:- 3 lb Mussels - scrubbed, de-bearded
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1˝ cups finely chopped Onion
- 1 1/2 cups Dry White Wine
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

Mussels in Wine Recipe Instructions:Heat olive over medium heat oil in a large stockpot. Add onion, sauté for 4 minutes. Add wine, bring to a simmer. Add mussels and cover, cook 5 minutes or until shells open. Remove from heat and discard any unopened shells. Divide mussels and broth evenly between 4 bowls. Sprinkle with pepper and garnish with parsley.
