Mussels Pasta Recipe Ingredients:- 1 lb Mussels
- 2 tablespoons Basil Pesto
- 10oz Fettuccini
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 1 tablespoon Garlic - pureed
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
|  Time: 20 min Serves: 4

Mussels Pasta Recipe Instructions:Heat a sauté pan, add olive oil and sear garlic. Add white wine, mussels and steam for 4 - 5 minutes. Add cream, pesto, then reduce sauce by a third. Add parmesan, then fettuccini. Arrange mussels around edge of a bowl and place pasta in the center. Pour sauce over top and serve.
