Mussels with White Wine Sauce Recipe Ingredients:- 1 dozen Green Lip Mussels
- 6 Garlic Cloves - finely chopped
- 1˝ cups White Wine
- 1 Stalk Celery - finely chopped
- 1 Small Onion - finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 cup Cream

Mussels with White Wine Sauce Recipe Instructions:Scrub mussels well in running cold water and remove beards. If mussels are open then tap shells if they close then keep if not discard immediately. Place garlic, celery, and onion into pot and gently sauté in butter. Add the wine and bring to the boil, add in mussels, stir once and place lid on, steam until they open. Discard any that fail to open. Remove pot from heat, add cream and serve.
