| Recipe Mussels Gratinee | Recipe Mussels Gratinee Ingredients:- 400g Frozen Mussels - thawed
- 1 Onion - finely chopped
- 1 Clove Garlic - finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 150ml White Wine
- 2 tablespoons Concentrated Tomato Puree
- Salt and White Pepper - to taste
- pinch of Cayenne
- pinch of Dried Thyme
- pinch of Sugar
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 4 tablespoons freshly grated Cheddar Cheese
- 25g Butter

| Recipe Mussels Gratinee Instructions:Heat the oil in a sauté pan, fry the onion, garlic in the oil until transparent. Mix in the wine, tomato puree, season with salt, pepper, cayenne and thyme, cook over a low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir in the sugar. Spoon the tomato sauce into four ovenproof dishes and top with the mussels. Sprinkle the chopped parsley and grated Cheddar over the mussels and dot with butter. Bake in a hot oven (200 c, 400 f, gas 6) until the cheese begins to melt.
