 Recipe using Cooked Mussel Meat

Recipe using Cooked Mussel Meat Ingredients:
  • 12oz Mussel Meat - chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped Green Onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped Olives
  • 2/3 cup Salsa
  • 2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 24 Medium Flour Tortillas
  • Butter - to sauté


Time: 15 min
Qty: 24

Recipe using Cooked Mussel Meat Instructions:

  • Combine all the ingredients except the tortillas.
     

  • Spread a thin amount of the mixture across the tortilla and fold it in half.
     

  • Repeat with all the tortillas.
     

  • Sauté tortillas in butter until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
     

  • Cut quesadillas into triangles and serve.
