Recipe using Frozen Mussels Ingredients:- 2 lb Frozen Whole Shell Mussels - thawed
Garlic Butter: - 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter - softened
- 4 Large Cloves Garlic - finely minced
- 4 tablespoons Fresh Parsley - chopped
- Fresh Ground Pepper - to taste
- Lemon Wedges - for garnish
- Parsley - for garnish

Recipe using Frozen Mussels Instructions:Preheat oven to 425degrees F. Beat softened butter, parsley, garlic, and pepper well. Remove and discard top shell of each mussel then place mussels on a baking sheet. Apply garlic butter mixture to each mussel and bake for 7 minutes. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and parsley.
