Recipe using Green Lip Mussels Ingredients:- 24 Fresh Live Green Lipped Mussels
- 3 Garlic Cloves - crushed
- 20g Butter
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- bunch chopped Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley

Recipe using Green Lip Mussels Instructions:Scrub/Wash mussels and remove the beards. Heat butter in large saucepan, add the minced garlic to sizzle for a couple of seconds. Add the mussels and wine, cover for 3 - 4 minutes just until the mussels open. Discard any mussels that don't open. Mix in freshly chopped parsley. Place mussels on a large serving platter and pour over cooking liquid and serve.
