Broiled Oyster Recipe

Broiled Oyster Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1 (12oz) container Oysters - drained
  • 1 cup Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Lemon - sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 10 Crab shells


Time: 20 min
Qty: 10

Broiled Oyster Recipe Instructions:

  • Sprinkle cracker crumbs in 10 crab shells .
     

  • Place oysters evenly over cracker crumbs in each shell.
     

  • Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat; add remaining ingredients, and cook until thoroughly heated. Remove and discard lemon.
     

  • Drizzle 2 teaspoons butter mixture evenly over oysters in shells.
     

  • Place shells on a broiling pan, and broil 5 inches from heating element 5 minutes and serve.

  • Remember to only add a little salt to fish dishes
  • If required, serve with your choice of sauce
