Cream of Artichoke and Oyster Soup using Can Soup Recipe

Cream of Artichoke and Oyster Soup using Can Soup Recipe Ingredients:
  • 1˝ pints Oysters
  • 1 can Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 Onion - chopped
  • 3/4 stick Butter
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Celery Soup
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • Cayenne Pepper - to taste

Cream of Artichoke and Oyster Soup using Can Soup Recipe Instructions:
  • Melt butter in a skillet, sauté onion until soft.
     

  • Cut oysters in half then add to skillet.
     

  • Cook over a low heat until the oysters curl, add oyster water, chicken soup, celery soup and artichoke hearts.
     

  • Cook on a low heat until all is blended and hot.
     

  • Add seasoning to your taste.
     

  • Serve with crackers.
