Oyster Bisque Recipe Ingredients:- 1 pint Oysters - chopped, juice reserved
- 1 Onion - sliced
- 1 Stalk Celery
- Parsley - to taste
- Thyme - to taste
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Flour
- 1 pint Cream
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Nutmeg - a little
|  Time: 25 min Serves: 2 - 4

Oyster Bisque Recipe Instructions:Put oysters in a saucepan and add enough water to the oyster juice to make 1 cup. Add onion and a bouquet of celery leaves, thyme parsley, then simmer for 10 minutes. Remove herbs and puree oysters and onions and add to a sauce made of butter, flour and the pint of cream. Season with salt and pepper to your taste and add nutmeg.
