Oyster Mushrooms Recipe

Oyster Mushrooms Recipe Ingredients:
  • 200g Large Oyster Mushrooms
  • 3 Cloves Garlic - finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt


Time: 20 min
Serves: 2

Oyster Mushrooms Recipe Instructions:

  • Heat the oil on a large griddle pan over high heat.
     

  • Place oyster mushrooms in the pan with the sliced garlic and sprinkle a little salt over.
     

  • Turn the mushrooms over so they cook on both sides
     

  • When the mushrooms have turned brown on both sides remove.
     

  • Serve immediately
