Oyster Recipe Ingredients:- 36 Oysters
- 2 Medium Eggs - beaten
- Milk
- Salt - to taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cornmeal
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- Lemon Wedges

Oyster Recipe Instructions:Shuck the oysters. Combine little milk and the beaten eggs in a bowl. Season to taste with freshly ground black pepper and salt. Dip the oysters in the egg mixture, then in the cornmeal, allow to set on foil for about 5 minutes. In a large thick bottomed frying pan melt the butter, then add the olive oil and bring to frying temperature. Cook the oysters until they are golden brown.
Serve immediately with wedges of lemon for garnish.
