| Oyster Sauce Recipe | Oyster Sauce Recipe Ingredients:- 8oz Oysters
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 1 cup Onion - chopped
- 2 cups Oyster Water
- 1 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 2 teaspoon Basil
- 4 Garlic Flakes - minced
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Flour
- 1 cup Cream
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste

| Oyster Sauce Recipe Instructions:Heat the 4 tablespoons of butter in a skillet, add chopped onions and cook till soft. Combine oysters, oyster water, oregano, thyme, minced garlic and basil, stir the mixture. Mix 4 tablespoons of butter and flour in a saucepan, cook to make a thick mixture. Add the butter and flour mixture with the oyster mixture. Cook the sauce over medium heat for 5 minutes, remove from heat and set aside. Add cream to the sauce, add salt and pepper. Oyster sauce is ready to serve.
